Daniel's father started serving great old-fashioned KC BBQ over 80 years ago, sharing his love for charred meats and sweet sauces with all. Daniel, born into the family right to Barbecue, began learning the trade from his father in 1982. Now that Daniel has perfected the craft, armed with his family's BBQ Sauces and Rubs recipes, he is now passing on his legacy to his sons, one perfectly made brisket at a time.
Daniel is no stranger to the competition bbq circuit and believes he has crafted the best bbq sauce for meats and all things BBQ.
